3, bidder qualification requirements:

3.1 Must have an independent legal personality, the company is in good financial condition, and has a fixed place of business;

3.2 Must have a medical device manufacturing enterprise license or have corresponding medical device operation record vouchers;

3.3 must provide the equipment manufacturers to vote for the project's effective authorization certificate;

3.4 If the invested equipment is incorporated into the medical device supervision and management of the People's Republic of China, it must provide the medical device registration certificate or medical device registration certificate (including medical device product registration form) issued by the food and drug supervision and administration department;

3.5 The person in charge of the unit is the same person or a different unit that has a controlling or managing relationship and may not participate in the bidding of the project at the same time;

3.6 Legal persons, other organizations, or individuals that have a stake in the bidder and may affect the fairness of the tender, shall not participate in the bidding;

3.7 Bidders and their invested equipment must meet the other conditions stipulated by laws and regulations;

3.8 This project does not accept consortium bids.
