Select the newly created ActiveDesktop item, right-click in the right pane, select Create a new DWORD (32-bit) value, name the new value NoChangingWallPaper, double-click the NoChangingWallPaper value, and change its value data to 1 ( Figure 8). In this way, the desktop background image is locked and cannot be modified after the system is rebooted or the next time you log in to the system.
