2. Inspection qualification

Before purchasing, you should ask the manufacturer for the factory test outline (or requirements) of the switchgear. Generally, regular manufacturers will have it. It should be clear whether the main components are configured according to the drawings and select the designated brands, such as Siemens, Schneider, etc. .

3. Cabinet material

The high-voltage switchgear has a large volume. Therefore, the cabinet material has a great influence on the price. Under normal circumstances, the component brackets and the like are all made of imported aluminum-zinc plate, and the door plate is made of 300 series high-quality steel plates.

4. The whole set of cabinets

The arrangement order of the cabinets and the position of the operating surface are the correct construction basis for the manufacturer to consider the problems of making the inner partition, the terminal guard and the busbar bracket. 6. Circuit breaker breaking capacity is correctly selected

On the system diagram, the selected circuit breaker indicates that the circuit breaker breaking capacity must be selected in addition to the circuit breaker model, rated operating voltage, and rated operating current. There are user drawings, the breaker breaking capacity is not selected, which makes the engineering plant difficult to design. The breaking capacity selection is selected according to the system short-circuit parameters.
