Matrix lights not only provide higher driving safety, but their small size also gives headlamp designers more freedom to play, and this technology has also developed rapidly. In order to meet the automotive industry's demand for compact smart headlights, OSRAM has developed a SMARTRIX lighting module that uses silicon lenses to replace the standard plastic lenses that have been widely used in various matrix lighting systems to achieve the ultimate compactness of automotive lighting systems. Compact, pushing this technology to the next level.
SMARTRIX is a combination of "Smart" and "Matrix". The silicon lens used in this module is the best substitute for plastic. It has long life, high temperature resistance, radiation resistance, and is more intimate than glass lenses. In addition, silicon lenses can be attached directly to the LED lights, reducing the overall size of the product. In this way, the headlight designer has more room to play, keeping up with the trend of narrow low-profile headlights.
Hans-Joachim Schwabe, CEO of OSRAM Special Lighting, said: “By adopting new materials in the lens system, we have successfully developed a smaller and more durable SMARTRIX module, enabling our users to design the headlights more freely.â€
Matrix headlights provide the ideal driving view at night and in inclement weather conditions. The intelligent distribution of light ensures that the entire pavement is enveloped in high-precision, maximum light output without the dazzling oncoming driver. A plurality of individually controllable LED lights are integrated into a matrix of common optical components. The individual control accuracy of these LED lights is "pixel level", so users can illuminate or obscure specific areas of the road and its surroundings according to their needs.
OSRAM's first SMARTRIX module will be available in the fall of 2017. As a leader in automotive lighting, OSRAM is now working on the next generation of products that will offer multi-row matrix functionality in a single module and the opportunity to make headlamps more compact.

Audio Video Cable:Video cable, referred to as video cable, is composed of video cable and connector. Among them, video cable is coaxial shielded cable with characteristic impedance of 75 Ω (Ω). Common specifications are divided into - 3 and - 5 according to wire diameter, single core wire and multi-core wire according to core wire, common specifications of connector are divided into pressure joint and welding joint according to cable end connection mode, and equipment There are BNC (commonly known as bayonet) and RCA (commonly known as lotus head). Audio cable, referred to as audio cable, is composed of audio cable and connector. The audio cable is generally a dual core shielded cable, and the common connectors are RCA (commonly known as lotus head), XLR (commonly known as XLR head) and trsjacks (commonly known as pen plug).
