1 Introduction

This PLC is INVT IVC1-2416MR, the external dimensions are length 182mm*width 90mm*height 71.2mm, net weight 590g. It can be installed with 35mmDIN card slot or fixed with screws. 2 Process principle analysis

2.1 Main circuit

The main circuit is composed of three-phase AC input, main power MCB, shared contactor, up/down running contactor, thermal protection relay, traction machine and braking unit.

2.3 Position control circuit

As a kind of special equipment, elevator requires not only safety and reliability, but also stable operation and accurate landing. This system uses the magnetic isolation board installed on the car and the YG-1 magnetic switch installed in the hoistway to work together to determine the position of the car. Since the action of the magnetic switch and the magnetic isolation board sometimes causes the loss of floor data, the total running time protection and floor over-floor protection are added to the program to increase the reliability of the elevator.

Program design: X14-X16 are the input position switches for floor stop and leveling, which is convenient for on-site adjustment of leveling errors. The leveling position can be adjusted by adjusting the delay time of the timer.

X1 corresponds to the input of the safety emergency stop circuit. X2 corresponds to the input of the door lock circuit. For safe and reliable operation, a time relay is added to verify the input action of X2. X3-X4 are upper and lower limit switches, which can force the upper and lower floors to stop the elevator, and can also display the first and third floor instructions forcibly. X11-X13 are the input buttons for floors 1-3. X7-X10 is the verification normally closed contact corresponding to the on-off detection function of the output contactor, which can detect and verify the failure of the up and down running contactor to pick up and release errors and the common output contactor can not pick up and release errors. X0 is the normal/inspection switch, and X5-X6 is the up and down jog button switch in the inspection state. Y10 is the elevator arrival buzzer output. When the X17 overload switch is activated, there will also be an alarm buzzer output, and Y7 is driven to act to supply power to the overload lamp. Y0-Y1 are the corresponding output points of the contactor running up and down. Y2-Y4 are button indicator lights, Y14-Y16 are door opening prompt lights for each floor, and Y11-Y12 are direction lights for up and down running. This program also designed that the total running time of the elevator cannot exceed 25S, otherwise it will be protected and the elevator cannot be started. When the elevator is protected or the contactor cannot be closed or released, the elevator will not run, and the floor indicator of the elevator will flash, and the fault will be cleared automatically after 10S.

3 After use

The appearance of INVT PLC is quite good, the design is reasonable, safe and reliable. It would be better if the channel of the output point can be subdivided, so that a variety of voltages can be output without using a conversion relay. I didn't use the changeover relay here, but used the normally open auxiliary contacts of the upper and lower contactors in parallel to drive the main running contactor. It would be even better if the main contactor could be driven directly from the PLC.
