Freight elevator operating procedures


Preparation before operation

1. Carefully inspect all parts, the screws should be connected reliably, the hydraulic components pipelines should be leaked, and the lubrication parts should be refueled.

2. Check and confirm that the cable and grounding wire are intact and the control switch is at zero position. After the power is turned on, check that the voltage is normal and that there is no leakage. It should be tested and confirmed that the electrical interlocking devices of various limit devices, ladder cages, enclosure doors, etc. are good and reliable, and the electrical instruments are sensitive and effective.

3. When using the cabin to move, press the stop button to see if the car stops immediately.

4. Pay attention to the accurate angle of the leveling level of the docking station, no significant abnormal gap.

5. The operator must first test the freight elevator up and down several times before each work to check for no faults or abnormalities.

Two considerations

1. LED on the elevator door:

On: The elevator is not on this floor and the door cannot be opened. Off: The elevator is on this floor and the door can be opened.

Under normal circumstances, the elevator cannot operate when any door of the elevator is opened. If it can be operated, it must check and repair the relevant door lock circuit and mechanical installation position.

The emergency button at the top of the door is used to open the door in an emergency. It is forbidden to open at will. (Press to be on).

In the event of a power outage, the door of the elevator is openable.

2. The control panel displays:

Display 1, 2, 3 digits: The elevator can be used normally.

“E1”: It indicates that the elevator is in an emergency stop or the door is not closed.

Show other code: should be repaired by a repairman.

3. When the freight elevator is in normal use, you cannot press the emergency stop button on the control panel and the emergency switch on the elevator door.

5. The car is not allowed to carry people and transport dangerous goods such as flammable and explosive.

6. The items carried by the car shall not exceed the rated load of the elevator. Load capacity: 2T.

7. When the electrical runaway is found during operation, immediately press the emergency stop button, turn off the power switch and suspend the fault warning sign. Do not use the elevator until the fault has been eliminated.

8. If you notice abnormal noise in the hydraulic components during work or if the working mechanism is shaken or skewed during the lifting process, press the emergency stop button immediately. After the maintenance personnel are in good condition, they can continue to use.

Three steps

1. Press the corresponding button on the control panel to call the elevator.

2. After the elevator stops and the door light goes out; open the elevator door and load the goods to be carried. Close the elevator door and lock it.

3. Select the floor you want to reach on the control panel. The elevator runs to this level and the door can only be opened after the door light is extinguished.

4. When the work of the freight elevator is completed, the operator must close and lock the elevator door.

5. After the elevator is used, it should be parked on the 1st floor.

Four maintenance

1. When the elevator is overhauled, a maintenance warning sign should be hanged at the hall door.

2. After each repair, check whether the various switches and buttons are working properly, and whether the various safety devices are flexible and reliable. Run the elevator up and down several times, and observe whether there is any abnormality.

3. Daily inspections of the mechanical and electrical equipment of the freight elevator.

4. Regularly check all mechanical, electrical, and safety equipment in detail, check the wear of the main parts, and correct or replace parts that exceed the allowable value.

5. Regularly check the hydraulic oil level. When the oil level is lower than the standard oil level, add or replace the hydraulic oil in time. The hydraulic oil is changed every 500 hours of operation, or alternately twice a year according to the season. (winter, summer)
