Liard plans to issue 25 million shares to be purchased on March 5

A few days ago, Liard Optoelectronics issued a letter of intent for the offer. This time, it plans to issue 25 million shares, and the total share capital after the issuance is 100 million shares. The stock will be applied online and offline on March 5, 2012, and will be listed on the GEM of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.

The issuance adopts a combination of online inquiry and placement of the placing object and online pricing and issuance of public investors. The online issuance accounts for 80% of the final issuance, that is, 20 million shares.

Liard announced that the funds raised in this offering will invest 281 million yuan for the LED application industrial park construction project; invest 35 million yuan for the R&D center upgrade project; and invest 28 million yuan for the marketing service network construction project. The remaining funds will be used for other working capital projects related to the main business.

According to the issuance schedule, the time for the inquiry is from February 23 to February 29, 2012. The pricing announcement date is March 2, 2012. The online purchase date and payment date is March 5, 2012. After the completion of the issuance, it will be listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange as soon as possible.
