1 Introduction

The flexible production line has the advantages of simple configuration, high degree of automation, programmability and reconfiguration, and is adopted by a large number of users. In the chemical fiber flexible production line, the extruder is an important part of the whole equipment, and the speed synchronization of the subsequent winding parts is the key to the whole system. The synchronization accuracy of multi-motor speed in the system directly affects the quality of the finished chemical fiber.

In the previous such production lines, most of them used on-site operation boxes on each roller, and the method of artificially adjusting the speed was controlled according to actual conditions. This solution has the following disadvantages:

1) Inconvenient to centrally manage data;

2) The draft ratio needs to be calculated manually according to each speed;

3) The actual speed does not meet the requirements, and it needs to be recycled to each area to adjust, and the operation is very troublesome;

4) The scrap rate is high.

In response to the above problems, in this design, the combination of centralized control and decentralized control is adopted in the concept, and the touch screen and PLC are the core of control. The touch screen sets the recipe data, the PLC directly calculates the draw ratio, and the communication controls the speed of the inverter. The centralized man-machine interface is controlled, and the on-site operation box is installed on each roller, which can perform all the control on the touch screen and perform the whole system operation on the spot.

The application of communication is a major theme of modern industrial development. The system designed by communication method is simple in structure and reliable in operation, and can effectively avoid the loss of the whole system caused by hardware failure.
