First, measure the battery voltage at 12.28V through the multimeter’s 20V voltage range. Control the central control door lock switch except the left front door locker is not operating, everything else is normal, indicating that the central control door lock switch and its related lines are connected normally, and the body controller itself and The power supply ground is normal.
The motor of the left front door latch is faulty, and the connection line between the door lock motor and the body controller is faulty. Then repeatedly operate the central control door lock switch, use a multimeter to measure the voltage of the two terminals of the left front door lock motor connector, and the measured voltage is 0V, indicating that there is no current through the two ends of the left front door locker because there is no potential difference. Next, measure the voltage of 1# or 2# terminal to ground. The measurement condition is to repeatedly manipulate the central control door lock switch. The voltage of the two terminals is 12.27V when the lock is locked and 0V when the lock is unlocked, indicating that the body controller has received the central control door. The ground signal of the lock switch and the control command output.
You can find the relevant wiring and find that the connection between the 0.5 mm2 green wire connected to the left front door latch motor and the 1.0 mm2 green wire connected to the body controller is disconnected, causing the work to fail. After finding the fault point, repair and test drive, and the fault phenomenon is eliminated.
