"The king of new materials" graphene will lead the new industry revolution

At the 4th China International New Materials Expo, which ended recently, graphite, especially graphite deep processing products, new graphene materials have become the hottest and bright spot. As the first graphite industry alliance organization in China, the “China Graphite Industry Development Alliance” was established at the same time, marking the new stage of China's graphite industry.
"Black gold" in new materials
As a new type of nanomaterial that is the thinnest, strongest, and most conductive and thermally conductive, the graphene is called “black gold” and is the “king of new materials”. Scientists even predicted that graphene will "completely change the 21st century" and set off a revolutionary new technology and new industrial revolution that swept the world.
Graphite is not only an important non-metallic mineral product, but also an extremely important strategic resource. Graphite and its products are widely used in metallurgy, machinery, nuclear energy, weapons, energy conservation and environmental protection, electronic information, high-end equipment and other fields. Governments of all countries attach great importance to the protection, development and utilization of graphite resources. "In particular, with the breakthrough in the research and development and industrial application of new graphene materials in recent years, the importance of graphite as a strategic resource has become more prominent." Xin Guobin, deputy minister of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, said at the inaugural meeting of the China Graphite Industry Development Alliance.

China's natural graphite resources are abundant. After years of development, it has become the world's largest producer, exporter and consumer of graphite. The country attaches great importance to the development of the graphene industry. “Made in China 2025” proposes to pay great attention to the impact of new subversive materials on traditional materials, and to make advance layout and development of strategic frontier materials such as superconducting materials, nanomaterials, graphene and bio-based materials. In November last year, the United Nations Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Science and Technology of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the "Several Opinions on Accelerating the Innovation and Development of the Graphene Industry."
The industry believes that under the background of a new round of industrial upgrading and technological revolution in the world, countries around the world pay more and more attention to the graphite industry. As a big country of graphite resources, China has accelerated the development and industrial application of the graphite industry. .
Large-scale industrialization is worthy of expectation that “graphene mainly exists in the form of graphene powder and graphene film.” Liu Ronghua, deputy secretary-general of the graphite special committee of China Non-Metallic Mining Industry Association, said that graphene powder is prepared by natural graphite. , applied to new materials and energy fields. New materials include anti-corrosion coatings, heat-dissipating materials, electrical materials and functional reinforcement materials; the energy sector includes supercapacitors and lithium-ion batteries. Graphene films are prepared by methane and are used in the fields of electronics, environment, and medicine. The electronic field includes touch screens, electronic components, sensor materials and fuel cell materials; environmental fields include metal contaminated soil remediation, heavy metal pollution control, seawater desalination and haze warning; and medical fields include targeted drug delivery and catalytic carriers. .
Liu Ronghua believes that graphene is in the dawn before the industrialization breakthrough, and is the most promising industrialization in the field of composite materials, lithium ion battery cathode materials and electronic touch screens. "In the long run, the largest application area for graphene imaging space is to replace silicon and become the next generation of ultra-high frequency transistor basic materials for high performance integrated circuits and new nanoelectronic devices."
Due to its superior properties, graphene will bring amazing changes to various fields. By replacing silicon with graphene, the operating speed of computer processors will increase hundreds of times. This application can play a role in the future construction of data centers, smart cities, etc.; graphene electronic display , not only more Thin, light transmissive, more tough and flexible, not easy to break, and even able to roll up; photosensitive elements made of graphene, performance is enhanced by a thousand times, in the dim light environment, still able to capture Clear object image. It is not difficult to see that the application prospects of graphene are huge and the potential is unlimited. This is the reason why countries around the world are competing to lay out the graphene industry.
“Made in China 2025” clarifies the key position of graphene in strategic frontier materials, and proposes to use graphene anticorrosive coatings for lithium-ion batteries for electric vehicles, graphene anticorrosive coatings for marine engineering, and graphite for flexible electronics by 2025. Key areas such as graphene-based high-performance thermal interfaces for olefinic films and optoelectronics must be scaled up. The "Opinions" also proposed to make the graphene industry a leading industry, gradually realize the industrial application of graphene materials in some industrial products and consumer goods, and propose to form a complete graphene industrial system by 2020. Under the strong support and guidance of the policy, a large number of graphene-related enterprises have emerged in China, and the industry is focused on the preparation of graphene and applications such as energy storage, touch screen and coating. China has become one of the countries with the most active research and application development of graphene. The data shows that in all countries, China has the largest number of graphene patents, accounting for one-third of the world's total.
At the same time, the data shows that the cost of graphene processing in China has dropped to one-tenth of that in 2011, and the excellent rate and consistency have also been greatly improved. The downstream application is on a large scale. The industry believes that as graphene mobile phones, graphene batteries and other applications gradually mature, large-scale industrialization of graphene is worth looking forward to.

Displacement sensor, also known as linear sensor, is a linear device belonging to metal induction. The function of the sensor is to convert various measured physical quantities into electricity. In the production process, the measurement of displacement is generally divided into measuring the physical size and mechanical displacement. According to the different forms of the measured variable, the displacement sensor can be divided into two types: analog and digital. The analog type can be divided into two types: physical property type and structural type. Commonly used displacement sensors are mostly analog structures, including potentiometer-type displacement sensors, inductive displacement sensors, self-aligning machines, capacitive displacement sensors, eddy current displacement sensors, Hall-type displacement sensors, etc. An important advantage of the digital displacement sensor is that it is convenient to send the signal directly into the computer system. This kind of sensor is developing rapidly, and its application is increasingly widespread.
