Sichuan Chengdu University students self-made Dengfeng LED lights, won the 2012 London Olympics orders

Chengdu University student Wang Bohao made LED lights and obtained LED invention patents. Recently, his Dengfeng LED lights received orders for the 2012 London Olympics.

Wang Bohao was awarded the invention patent for LED at the age of 18 and founded the company as a university student. In the second half of 2008, a large-scale venue contractor in Lianyungang ordered 100,000 LED lights from him. This business allowed his Dengfeng LED energy-saving lamps to be used in the pavilion of the 2010 Shanghai World Expo.

In early 2009, Wang Bohao participated in the bidding for lighting equipment suppliers in the London Olympics. The samples sent after 15,000 hours and 300 lighting tests, no problem with one of the bulbs, so that the London Olympic Organizing Committee established confidence in his products that "normal work 50,000 hours, light decay is not less than 30%". Recently, the London Olympic Committee issued a formal order to him.

Fast Recovery Stud Diode

Fast Recovery Diode (FRD) is a semiconductor diode with good switching characteristics and short reverse recovery time. Since the base area is thin and the reverse recovery charge is small, the fast recovery diode has a short reverse recovery time, a low forward voltage drop, and a high reverse breakdown voltage (withstanding voltage).
