LED lights illuminate the English Channel

Eurostar trains crossing the English Channel have recently installed 5000 LED lights on each locomotive so that passengers can better appreciate the marine life in the strait.

When the train enters the Channel Tunnel, these lights are automatically lighted and remain on for approximately 20 minutes while crossing the 50 km strait. These specially designed LED lights can emit a special wave of light that can attract creatures in the sea, allowing passengers to better watch the wonders of the underwater.
