1. Preparations before installation:
Try to complete the RTU's parameter setting and debugging work in the office. After the setting is completed, make a record and install it directly on site. No need for debugging and improve installation efficiency.
2. Check if the RTU device is off.
Whether the power supply is within the normal range, the single-block no-load voltage DC17V of the photovoltaic panel assembly, the double-plate series no-load voltage DC34V, the solar charge controller output voltage, the single block no-load DC12V, and the double-plate series output voltage DC24V.
3. The equipment cannot collect the data of the field instrument-the wiring check RS-485 interface equipment is A and B two wires, when connecting, A is connected to A, B is connected to B, and the ground wire is best connected. Most engineers do not have the habit of grounding.
RS-232 is TX (transmit), RX (receive) reverse each other, receive and send, send and receive, so as to send and receive data.
The analog signal is mostly 4-20mA current signal, pay attention to the 2-wire system or 4-wire system, the wiring must form a current loop. Generally, the RTU will provide wiring drawings according to the sensor interface purchased by the user when leaving the factory. If the purchased sensor wiring is unconventional, please inform in advance when ordering. In this way, when installing on site, you can directly wire according to the figure.
DI signal and DO signal should be distinguished whether they are passive or active; prevent the wrong line from burning the device.
Warm reminder: After connecting the wire on site, the engineer should pull the wire a little hard to see if there is no virtual connection to ensure that the wire is firm. The RTU factory of Pingsheng is equipped with wiring drawings, and it must be wired according to the wiring drawings.
4. Data cannot be collected by serial instrument-communication interface investigation When collecting 485 or 232 serial meter, serial port parameters and instrument communication protocol are also important factors affecting data collection.
Conventional serial port parameters: 9600, N, 8, 1; special parameters explained when ordering.
Communication protocol: When ordering, the communication protocol of the serial instrument must be informed in advance. The RTU delivered by Pingsheng Company is directly loaded into the drive, which reduces the time for on-site debugging and improves the efficiency.
Judgment method of whether the communication protocol is correct:
(1) Communicate with the serial instrument manufacturer and match the model of the purchased meter with the agreement.
(2) Communicate with the serial instrument through the serial debugging assistant to check whether the protocol is correct.
5. The monitoring center cannot receive the data. RTU parameter check: the remote number is correct. The remote number includes the monitoring center IP address and network port number.
Monitoring center check: whether the monitoring center has added the station information of this station.
Mobile phone card inspection: Check whether the mobile phone card is damaged, install the mobile phone card on the mobile phone or other devices that can access the Internet, and see if it can access the Internet.
