3. Bidder qualification requirements

3.1 Bidders and their bids must meet the following general qualification requirements:

3.1.2 The legal representatives are the same two or more legal persons or the bidder and the bidder's parent company, wholly-owned subsidiary company, and holding company, and only one company may participate in the bidding of the subject goods in the same bid section.

3.1.3 is not being ordered to suspend business, bid qualifications are cancelled, property is taken over, frozen, bankruptcy. In the last three years, there was no fraudulent bid or serious breach of contract or major equipment quality problems. The bidders and their related personnel were searched through the national bribery criminal archives and no criminal records of bribery were found in the past three years.

3.1.4 The bidder must be the manufacturer or agent of the goods for this tender. If the agent is required to provide a special product authorization issued for this project (only one bidder with the same brand and the same model can participate in the bid) .

3.1.5 The Bidder shall have the performance of cold-blowing vehicle supply of domestic civil airports within 3 years.

3.1.6 The bid for this project does not accept the bid of the Consortium, and does not accept the bid by mail.

4. Registration and bidding documents acquisition
