Enameled copper clad aluminum wire(ecca wire) is a new kind of magnet wire applying CCA as conductor ,which combines the beneficial properties of the wonderful conductivity of copper and the light-weight of aluminum.

1) Diameter: 0.10- 2.5mm ECCA wire. We can also produce the wire according to customers' requirement.
2) ECCA wire is mainly used as magnet wire in voils and coils taking the place of pure copper wire
3) ECCA wire coating type:  Polyurethane(QA//UEW) and Polyester(QZYL/PEW)
4) ECCA wire coating color : natual color(copper color), red, blue, green, etc.
5) ECCA wire manufacture standard: SJ/T 11223-2000, GB/T6109.1 ~ 11-1990
6) ECCA wire Temperature Classification: 130ºC 155ºC 180ºC
